Job Title: Lead Generator

Pay Scale:
$24,000 base annual + Commission

Work Hours:
Tuesday-Saturday; 8:30am-5:30pm

Primary Job Function:
A Lead Sales Generator represents our company by identifying potential air conditioning, heating and plumbing product purchasers who shop at local home improvement store/s and home shows. The role qualifies potential customers through open, friendly and engaging dialogue and seeks to establish a sales appointment time. An AG also provides necessary information and materials and explains the benefit about HVAC products and services. The Lead Sales Generator also provides training and support to Home Depot team members within the store locations of Bullhead City, Lake Havasu and Kingman. This candidate is also required to work Home Depot special events, home shows, training events, etc.

Reports to:
Sales Coordinator/Sales Manager

Required Qualifications:
• High school Diploma or GED
• Excellent verbal skills
• Well organized and ability to work independently
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Energetic personality

Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly Duties:
• Present a professional appearance that supports and enhances the Dealership, Trane and The Home Depot's business image.
• Maintain and utilize the At-Home Services kiosks and/or Dealer-customized Trane product display within The Home Depot policies and practices.
• Be visible to customers and communicate 1} the benefits of purchasing from The Home Depot 2} The benefits of The Home Depot/ At-Home Services/Trane relationship and 3} the benefits of Trane products to potential purchasers.
• Maintain a Trane presence in The Home Depot store through use of pre-approved equipment displays. banners, customer materials and professional appearance.
• Proactively greet customers, engage in informative/ investigative conversation, qualify potential purchasers and establish a sales appointment date and time.
• Build and maintain store associate and key management relationships by interacting With store employees.
• Network With vendors and suppliers to build cooperative relationships.
• Educate and build awareness of THD customers and store employees about the Trane/ At-Home Services program using Product Knowledge (PK} sessions and/ or special event Saturdays.
• Attend and conduct (when required) product knowledge sessions about Trane products for The Home Depot store employees.
• Greet and assist store customers with their shopping needs, and be recognized as one of The Home Depot team.

Performance Indicators:
Certain key business indicators that will measure the effectiveness of the Lead Sales Generator. These include the following:
Frequency of meeting target lead generation goals
Number of service appointments generated
